I have never had any problems with KP before, but I was playing the Ardennes Campaign and reached turn 22. When the US (computer) took it's turn and play was switching to the German side, the game crashed to the desktop. I tried this four times with the same result.

In addition, I'm also not able to save any game unless I save over the "autosave" slot.

are you patched to the latest version, and when you patched, did you patch each of the versions in turn?

Did you leave an American support unit on major river hexside across from German unit? Even though combat is forbidden, the AI tries to attack it.

I am patched to the latest version. Like I said, I never had a problem with this game before or since. It's only when I played the Ardennes Offensive.
 
I don't remember if there was a support unit across the river. I have since quit the game.

I was given Korsun as a gift, but there is no serial number and I cannot register the game. Is there a way to get around the difficulty?
