In a full PBEM game. I have 2 Austrian corps in Frieberg that just held against a French force in the French turn combat. They withdrew successfully at the end of the day with no pursuit losses. The AI left the corps in the Frieberg area and now in my turn the program is not letting me move them out of that area. It says insufficient movement although the counter shows 3 moves left and they haven't moved yet. Anyone seen this before? Any ideas how to get out of it?

we got by it with a game save. Appears everyone else had the Austrian corps retreated to the mountains just south of Freiberg, while I had the Austrians still in Freiberg,
