my question is:
is the austrian light infantry corps counted as a cavalery corps regarding the withdrawal bonus?

Its using a Cav-corps counter because it couns as a Cav, so that would imply yes.

Yes I think the rules say 'Cavalry Corps' not 'Corps containing only cavalry'
