I just bought the game today (combined download rights and CD to be shipped). Since the CD has of course not arrived yet, does anyone know whether there is a way I can download the manual in the meantime? The download ZIP file just contains the EXE.

Never mind; I see the manual must be accessed from the original startup menu. Admin can delete this post...
