Having trouble D/L

Why is Digitak river sending me around in circles? I got a third of away through my D/L and then it crashed. being trying to D\L again, but when I click on the link a message from DR says due to the number D\l attempts I must be having trouble! There is a box for my O/n and password when I enter the them, it returns me to d/l page and the same happens again i am getting very giddy going around in circles!

Sorry to hear about the trouble you're having. Can you e-mail me at
erikr@matrixgames.com with your order info please? I'll go into the store and see if I can find out what the problem is, it should certainly be allowing you to resume your download.

G'day Erik,
It's well after Midday and I haven't heard from the Oz admin re; my new my new number, 12 hours since our last email, don't mean to pushy, but if your awake and the middle of the day here, it might be the best chance to get a win, if u know what I mean [:D]

Did you attempt another download ? I got transfer rates around 1000kb/s some hours ago.

All fixed new code worked fine changed D/l managers d/ling now. thanks Erik and Alex for the effort.
Lutzow, I have a slow connection. my country exchange hasn't got ADSL2 technology, and I use a wireless configuration. Bushfires, atmospheric and other celestial bodies [;)] affect my d\l rate, but on the other hand the bush is a great place to live, everything has its trade offs
