Happens with 1.71 version when it asks to put pitcher in the game because of injury or if I batted for him in previous inning and forgot to replace in lineup. Game stops, Error 91 box appears, game quits. Sometimes late in game and I lose all stats for that game and have to start over. Happens more frequemtly now. Is there a fix?

Have you tried upgrading to 1.72?

I actually have 1.72. I was mistaken. Seems to me this was an issue on previous versions too. Not sure. I couldn't find it on the forums. I'm hoping for a patch.
