I would like to thank Matrix for using a Serial Number to activate their games and not something like STEAM. I find Matrix to be the most "user friendly" of all PC game that I purchase now days.

Again I would like to thank you very sincerely for being "customer orientated".

Even when you forget to back up, safely store your S/n and then your system crashes life is still easy. I have had the lot this week and I still haven't found it hard. And when need help for different reasons Erik and the admin team are very prompt and most helpful, ah apart from that, what else have Matrix done for us, nothing...............roads, sewerage bar nothing at all[:D][:D][:D]
