Hello all,
How does one go about improving their army groups command and logistical staff ratings? I noticed that most of my groups have a GREAT logistical rating, for example, but one has a POOR rating. Also, on a side note, my rule book has fallen apart over time and I was wondering if one could just purchase a replacement rulebook from Matrix. It seemed like pages came off their binding very easily whenever I opened it up. Any help will be greatly appreciated:) Kirk

Build more acadamies as these increase staff levels during May each year; each academy improving two staffs, starting with the worst ones. Additional academies will also eventually impact on the quality of new containers.

Army and corps will at times improve the staff of attached containers so the more senior containers you have the better the chance.

Battle outcomes include the occasional possibility of staff improvements for some of the divisions, corps or armies present.

As far as I am aware Matrix doesn't sell replacement manuals. You can print your own from the pdf versions though; frankly I prefer to do this myself for the A4 size.
