Well, went into Cartagena and Copenhagened the Spanish fleet.
So far so good. Only one problem...
After ALL Spanish ships had been captured (a few of those captured surrendered again the next turn to Spain although Spain had only a few ships remaning. WAD??), their WTF was still at 4, and ships cannot take on costal guns and do enough damage to the guns (without taking a much bigger hit themselves) to reduce the WTF that much.
Costal guns sink a few of my ships.
Then, with no ships left at the Spanish side, I lose the battle [X(]
Surely this cannot be right?

It sounds as though coastal guns are counting toward the WTF calculations.  If so, they should not be.

Either that, or the ships I captured, that immediately the following turn surrendered back to Spain counts towards WTF, although they are not targetable by me.
