Upgrade Cost Documentation

Does anyone (WCS in particular I guess) have a reference sheet they could post that shows what Doctrine upgrades (not unit) cost in experience points? Both land and naval?
If not I might assemble one, but Im hoping maybe somebody else already has one and could post it as a handy reference.
