Is it possible to edit ship type-specific data?

Examples, where the data is wrong:
1. Repair cost & rate.
CVLs are repaired at the same rate, as CVs. This is obviously wrong, because they're at least 2 times smaller.
CV repair rate is 2/3 (repair of 2 damage points costs 3 port repair points), and for CVE it's 3/2 (seems right).
IMHO, for CVL it should be 4/3 – closer to CVE.
2. Fuel consumption rate. The multiplier is identical for CVs, CVLs and CVE (4).
CVLs are closer to cruisers in size & fuel consumption (multiplier 8). Some of Jap CVLs were converted cruisers.
CVEs are closer to cargo ships in that respect. In fact, most of US CVEs were converted mercs.
IMHO:
CVL should consume at rate 8 (that's 2 times less per hex that CVs, and identical to cruisers).
CVE should consume at rate 16 (that's equivalent to cargo ships).
3. Evasion rating.
For CVs, CVLs, and CVEs it's the same – 3.
Hovever, for the above reason, CVLs should've evasion rating 5 (as cruisers), and CVEs – 1 (as cargo ships).
