Short SoPac game until AE comes out anyone?

I'm looking for a medium experienced player for a South Pacific modded scenario (basically the '42aug-43feb game) on AB's map and mostly Nik Modded settings. I'd like to add a few newer-were ships but I'm willing to abandon them if that's annoying for the prospective player.
Can do 1 day per turn, perhaps two if from EU timezone.
I'm open to house rules.

Would you be open to stock?I've never be able to get the various mods to run straight, and at this late point would rather not learn a new system to replace it. [:)]
