1.7 patch?

the latest version of Puresim I have is 1.2.......where can I find a patch that would allow me to use 1.71. Apparently, you can not use 1.71, if you have only 1.2 Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks much.....i've got it all now. Can't wait for 2009 rosters, or better yet the new game that will soon be out.
