What is the sequence orders are resolved?

Once you and your opponent have entered your orders, how does the computer determine the order to resolve them?
once for each Night/Day Resolution phase:
a) Load/Unload
b) coastwatchers reports, TF react
c) Minesweeping
d) naval movement
e) Air operations
f) surface combats
g) naval bombardment
h) ground unit movement
i) ground combat
j) repair ships
k) base repair/constuction
l) supply needs calculation and movement
m) TF adjustment (autodisband, damaged ship detachments, ..)
Submarine contact and combat checks are made several times during each phase.
Note: If there is combat which involves both sides, Japs combat are made first (like both sides making deliberate attack in the same hex or CV-CV engagements)
