I've never encountered this before in my life--not in a music CD, not in any kind of software. I sent a letter about it to Matrix about a month ago, giving them all the info off the CD...but no reply. Does this happen with a lot of Matrix products?

It can happen with any CD.

I've experianced this two times in the last 15 years.

I have no idea why it happens.
