If it has been over 1 year, you need to contact Matrix directly (not here) with your order number and/or original credit card... to be honest, i don't know where you download if it has been less than 1 year (nobody who needed to redownload has been less than 1 year out.)

If my original download has been corrupted I should be able to download the origianl again.

Again, if it has been over a year, you need to contact Matrix...

This is a problem with downloads... folks need to burn off a copy of the actual downloaded program to CD (or buy the CD from Matrix), otherwise you run into big problems when you have a computer problem, change computers, etc.

If you have your order info, please go to www.findmyorder.com to get a re-download link.

I don't even know what credit card was used!

Too much trouble.
I will see if I can find a copy in my desk drawers full of stuff.

If you use the same email addy, type that in and then just try the last 5 digits of any CC#'s you have........hoping you still have the card.
 
I feel your pain though.......I make sure I always buy D/L and physical copies.......have at least 6 Matrix titles still in the wrapper.
