Subformation pictures do not load in production screen

The pictures tell it all basically. I don't know where it comes from. I went into map edit when I tried a random game yesterday, and changed the name of my regime, then went back out and started the game. Now, while the pictures do not load in the production screen (with the exception of PP and supply), they do load fine in the main screen. [&:] Second pic below.
