I was just wondering how difficult it would be to create scenarios using the scenario editor without having any previous experience using it. Any posts will be appreciated.

Very easy, since you have the maps and OOBs done for you. It's just a matter of placing the units and changing the header around.

The only mildly tricky thing is the AI, but if you're going to make human only games that doesn't concern you.

There are insructions and help files but it's a pretty intuitive interface. I'd also say pretty easy. The OOB editor is slightly more tricky.
