MCLV won't install

I just bought MCLV and it won't install. I click on install MCLV and music starts but the program won't respond.
I also bought MCWatchtower and it worked fine.
Is this a glitch or do I have a bad disk? Is there a workaround? I ran setup from the browse but it tries to do SPWAW ver7 (I already have 7.1)

Easy fix, the upgrade button on the CD menu is mislinked to a program that doesn't exist(it's looking for upgrade.exe). Run update.exe from the CD and this will import only LV to SPWAW without downgrading SPWAW. Install 7.1 upgrade patch again and all LV patches after installing LV as there is an OOB in the original LV that will need updating. And you should be ready to Rock and Roll.

Thanks,
I actually did try the update just FTHOI and got it loaded but I didn't know I should reinstall 7.1. I did the other MCLV downloads after loading MCLV. Can I/should I redo 7.1 even if it was done before MCLV or is it good to go on that scenario?

After you got LV installed you should install the 7.1 patch and both LV patches to bring you completely up to date. Installing LV into the existing ver of SPWAW 7.1 actually back dated some files to older ones which is why you should reapply patches.
