LV Scenario 11&12 T-26.m33/T-34 fix

I'm sorry, I deleted a topic starter for the old thread and I forgot it would delete the entire thread containing Brent's post with this fix file. So I'm reposting it.
I downloaded both the patches (but not the sound patch) for LV, and installed the files into my LV folder. When I came to continue the game the t34/t26 problem was still there in the fourth scenario.
Do I have to restart the campaign to get this fix to work??.
I have tried downloading this attachment but it just comes up as empty.
