Do you know what happened just before that? And do you have any save files?

That looks like a resource allocation (memory? window handle?) problem.  You might try doing a fresh reboot before playing and shutting down any other applications.

Have you defragged recently? I remember a few people who had badly fragmented drives and low memory having issues.

Have you tried playing in low animation mode?  (There should be instructions in the ReadMe file on how to turn this on.)  How much memory does your system have?

4 gb ram 1 gb video sli so memory should not be a problem. Could it be a conventional memory hog game?

Sometimes it helps to test memory to check for a defect stick:

Let it run for 30 minutes, better 1 hour.

Like I said in a previous post, I think it was just a fluke. I may have tilted my head wrong. Thanks for all the advice by the way
