Can't see that thing in Legoland though.

I guess I don't get out on to the Internet much (never heard of the 'photoshop argument'); the comments section is pitiful yet funny. Someone commented here the other day about how nice this board is in comparison to many other parts of the Internet, and I think that is quite true.

Yes. It is very impressive. I followed this project for the past 3.5 years. Mitsui deserve an Oscar or even better Nobel Prize.

And I had problems with standard 1:200. LOL

LEGOLAND must have built HMS Warspite by now.

Both of these models are amazing.  Comparing the Lego model's "waterline" hull to the full hull of the museum model, you are reminded of how much of a ship you don't usually see when it's afloat. 

Lego doesn't custom make the parts you need anymore.
