There is a problem with the sMG34. Looks like it is coded as as light mg. the gunner has np tripod and less ammo. That might explain some deploy problem as the guy is sometimes positioned at the back of the team with no los, resulting in the infamous «can't see» call while his teamates are firing at advancing infantry with their rifles.
Cheers,

Hi Serk,
I think you are correct. As the workbook indicates the sMG34 soldier 2 has a light MG 34. I changed it and got this:

It took me a bit of searching to find it the other night. As it is a Beta and not an "official" patch, it is only available in the /Community/Members Club/Registered Downloads section. "Registered Downloads are only available to Members Club members who have registered their games/serial numers. To gain access to Registered Downloads for a particular game, please register your serial number .... ".
Use the "Community" link at the top of the page to get started.

Not to get too far off the thread topic -- Thanks for illustrating the beta patch download process Drill. We would like to get as much feedback on it as possible so that'll help.
A lot of the updates/enhancements were based on feedback from everyone. Others weren't required fixes since they didn't interfere with nominal operation and weren't reported but we felt they should be fixed anyway. Even though the graphical fixes were minimal by contrast the files they go into are pretty big which mostly contributed to the file size. Neither her nor there I guess. Just a thing.

I noticed you did some fixes on stone fences vs. stone walls. Not sure if this applies, but I had a team I ordered to path over a wall. When they got to the wall it took a good 30-45 seconds for them to make it over. I did the mouse-over thing to see why so long and it said it was a high wall. Nice touch that simulated them all climbing. I'm used to my teams just doing a quick bunny hop over anything and everything.
