We've started a new game using patch 1.12 and the great BJR mod. So far:
Poland fell quickly (2-3 turns), with few losses to Germany.
Denmark fell in 2 turns with the loss of one French BB
Holland fell in 2 turns with minor German losses.
Belgium fell in 2 turns with minor German losses.
Convoy raiding has been consistent with no combat.
The Wermacht has moved into France and broken the French lines easily.
In England Montgomery has been placed in charge of homeland defense.
France has placed Giraud in charge of the defense of Paris - an unenviable job at best.

France fell in I think early June 41. The Germans went through a pretty standard pre-Barbarossa set of conquests after France: Norway then Yugoslavia, but no Greece.
The German/Italian advance was stopped at Alamein and a Brit counterattack commenced in spring/summer '41.

The Brits quickly begin to force the enemy back in Africa. 2 infantry corps are loaded onto amphibs for a shot at Tripoli, Sicily, Sardinia if it seems possible in the coming months.

The German attack is roughly balanced with about 12-14 corps in the north and 12-14 corps in the south. In the north a pocket is created north of Brest and Riga is seized on turn 1.

Soviets advance quickly in Finland but Germany responds by sinking the Soviet Baltic fleet, and sailing reinforcements to Norway including a panzer corp (still at sea). It looks like Germany is serious about ending the nonsense in Finland.

The German advance pulls up in front of the Soviet defensive line in the south, probably to repair and refit before the assault.
