Delay slider in detailed combat

I only just realized this...but there seems to be no "delay" slider in detailed combat that was present in COG1. I often set delay to zero or a maximum of 2-3, because I have no patience seeing my guys walk around. That was a pretty nice feature in COG1 detailed combat that ought to be in COGEE, imho.

It's in the menu of the detail combat module. I use it each time.
 
Only pain is that when you save/reload, the delay is reset
