Is it possible to lower unrest?
In FOF military containers present in a province with unrest will have a chance each turn to lower the unrest.
Haven't noticed this in COG:EE yet - is it possible?

I don't think there is any way to lower unrest except through time.

BJs definately right BN, somewhere on the MBs there is a post from Eric which states quite catagorically that unrest can not be lowered, so good luck with the patiance bit
