Your nightime flares did the trick. Screen lag wasnt horrible when they are used but it was just enuff to say its time for somethg new.

After a week of looking and searching online, finally pulled the trigger on a new system today (dell xps 630), with a due date either right before or after june 6th. Thats kinda fitting actually since first game it will play will be TLD. I sure hope it can handle this game. [&o]

My old system will be put to rest after 8 years of service and many hours of CC (somewhat retired, still use it for internet porn [:D])

Ive got major buyers remorse today!

One good thg from this will be the fact I will be able to see my boys die in real-time insted of like a second or 2 after the fact, because it sure aint going to help my game play! [:)]

That little GeForce2 MX video card (made in 2000 with like 32mb and prob slowest chipset available) held out a long time thou. But wasting at least 5+ mins of every hour waiting for stuff to download on a high speed internet connection just bites. Sometimes I wondered if this computer was taking a smoke break in between downloads!

I have to say this for anyone looking at upgrading. I am not a PC gamer by any means(ie, re-read above paragraph,lol), thats why we get xbox360's or PS3's to keep it simple, but in looking I ran across this name and probably will be my next pets name, "Velociraptor". I still laugh saying that name. Thats a hard drive made by WD and what sold me on what I went with, because I cant wait to say to someone, hey that thg's got a Velociraptor in it! [:D]
