Ike99-vs-Bigred
Scenario 17
100% both sides
All normal setting are on, plus Japanese sub doctrine is on.
No House Rules

Ike is the Allies and I have agreed to Japan. I wanted the 4x George sqn's later in the game but Ike99 wants to see if He can outscore me from our last game w/ the same rules. He was very giving in allowing me to play the whole game and I do owe him a repeat. Standard beginning base losses for the Allies.

East of GG a b25 sqn finds a no CAP transport. Ike has said he will not have much to say in this AAR. Maybe I can provoke his fighting spirit. [:D]

A long ways away from a port big enough to handle your banged up CVs, and with Japanese damage control being what it is...

A long ways away from a port big enough to handle your banged up CVs, and with Japanese damage control being what it is...

To get ashore at Luganville the IJN Fast carriers had the mission of engaging the US carrier group with hopefully an even exchange of losses. The mission has been accomplished and troops are now landing. A majority of current USN heavy cruisers in the Theatre also have been damaged so interferance by allied surface forces has been somewhat negated. With the arrival of the Enterprise TF in 20 days IJN was pressed.

The cost of doing business.

I don´t think if he keeps playing around Allied land based air he is going to have any carriers to worry about being repaired

SBD Dauntless x 7 damaged

Japanese Ships
