Matrix goes the extra mile

ON more than one occasion Erik has sent me the serial number for at least one game that had been taken from my home without my permission. There was no reason for him to believe me but I do register my games.
It took a bit of digging as my order copy did not have the serial number but he worked with the download company and came up with the serial number. I had the game installed but for some unknown computer voodoo the game reduced itself to version 1.0 and deleted all my saved games to.
I buy my games here because of this type of service and the games are great and the Digital download can be depended on. If something is not right they make it right.
I may not play AE but I will buy it as long as I don't have to sell my soul to get the money because Matrix deserves the support. Heck My new car is even a Matrix by Toyota. So thanks Erik and all the hard working folks here.
Your the greatest

I've been downloading games at Matrix since the WITP release. That is some 19 or 20 downloaded games with absolutely no problems over the past five years. Its been a great run and I fully expect it to continue.

Amen to that! Matrix supports the computer gaming community like few companies are willing to do! Bringing back vastly improved versions of tried and true classics like the Close Combat Series, Operational Art of War, Harpoon, WITP-AE, et al as well as introducing many new but destined to be classics. Plus the excellent support that goes along with those games. Kudos to Matrix! [&o]

You know I always found it interesting and unrealistic when spontaneous celebrations would erupt in Civilization I and II but you know it also happens right here and I believe it now [&o]

No Mr. Rutins, Thank You for your level of service and dedication. I have no idea what you did, but no only did my Money Order show up at the right place, it was for the right purchase order and it was sent to the right address...But only after I wrote a thread on this blog, in total frustration at the lack of answers I needed to have to track my purchase down. ( it would have been the 2nd lost MO for the same game, since Christmas)
Then you showed up, asked a couple of questions, and within a week, order processed, payment received, AND Canada Post sent me a cheque and an apology letter for bad service to this address.???? ( turns out they tried to have my MO delivered on a Sunday, or something to that effect, so they reimbursed me a compensation for my time loss)
Anyway, in someone else's words: Matrix Numba 1, VC numba 10, Joe...
Cheers
MC

Agreed! Erik let me thank you again for personally helping me with my game order when I lost my EXE file! Can't ask for better service than that! [&o]

Matrix is by far my favorite gaming source. I own hundreds of games, over 30 from Matrix. Never a single download problem, and if there had been I know it would be fixed within a short time. They are honest and to me truth is foremost. I join the butt kissers for Matrix!!! [:D] [&o] [X(]

I am not into arse kissing at the best of times, but credit is where credit is due. Matrix across the board is a fairly good operation. I believe Erik really goes an extra several miles though.
Just letting you know Erik that I appreciate your work, your attitude to issues here and hope you get a pay rise [;)]

I've yet to encounter such a personnal approach to customer support from another gaming company, that and your eagerness to solve ALL problems, as well as your patience, well done all round guys.

I've never had serious trouble with any game I have bought here. Sure, there have been minor bugs, but absolutely no fatal error/CTD bugs in any game I have purchased.
I own
WITP
FOF
GGWBTS
AEGEOD's Civil War game - I have to admit I haven't played it much, though.
BOTB? The Air war game about Battle of Britain.
COG
None have ever been CTD for me. I have stopped playing some without really finishing because I got bored, but I get bored with all games.

I concur with the general sentiment here.
Matrix customer service is top-notch.
Unrivaled in this business.
I wish I had the time and dedication to give my clients the same great service...! [:)]

I've started looking at Matrix first for any 'gaming itch' I develop, as I've come to realy like not only the staff (actually active in the forums, ect) but also the simple and useful Member's Page. Until I came to Matrix, registering a game mostly meant someone else had my E-mail to spam my in-box. Now it means I'll never lose my Serial Numbers again! That and I'm a tad lazy and love being able to cut-and-paste those numbers into patch/install windows instead of typing them in every time (and inevitably getting something wrong).
Now if I could only get my flabby brain whipped back into shape so I didn't suck so much at the games I've bought so far. Poor thing was on a 'junk food' diet of FPS and RTS for too long!

Matrix has earned my gaming dollar, every title I have has given at least as much back as the dollars I've given them. Plus they have brought back to my hard drive old favorites such as Tiller's classics.
Good job Matrix, now about that next (fill in patch or release date)[;)]

Have to agree, the service of Matrix is outstanding. I complained about my crushed WitP AE box and Erik sent me another free game copy within 2 days.
