I have got a 1995 sim underway and pretty much every team has only 10 man pitching staffs which is causing over use and very tired pitchers especially since almost every reliever averages just 1 inning per appearance. I doubt there is any way to tweak this in the XML.

When did 11 and 12 man staffs become more popular?
