Expanded Team Results Not Working

I'm running a 40 team fictional league and I noticed that the Expanded Team Results is not working. I get a blank screen. I copied my league to a template and ran the copy and lo and behold, the ETR is working. Any ideas?

Ok!  The Expanded Team Results problem has resurfaced.  I get results after Spring Training, but the screen becomes blank after a week into the season.

Can you see the Schedule Calendar and the other Add-ins?

Yep! It works before the season begins. But after a few games, although I can still access the button, I get a blank screen.

Does it start showing up again as games are played in the season?

I will see if I can find that code (it actually originally was written by a 3rd party add-in developer, but he gave me the source code. I think.)

Nope! It shows up at the beginning of the next season but disappears after the season starts. This seems to occur only when a 40 team association is involved. It does not occur with a 4 team association?!
