I dig in manual but I can`t found it:
- If I do diplomatic action as for example declarate war (but not yet end turn) how I can take it back. Is in national orders but not any thing what I do work. Any button or click.
- If I order unit to move (but not yet end turn) how to take back this order??

I don't think diplomatic actions can be undone.

The backspace key can undo some actions, such as unit movement orders. This won't be in the manual as it was added in an update.
