Just curious, if rookie position players - the one with major impact, can win "ROY" and have it in awards slot after stats, why not for best rookie pitcher have "RPOY" as well ...

I don't know why that doesn't show for the pitchers like it does for the hitters. The ROY for pitchers is saved in the database. It's also in the players card, just in a different place. Look under the pitchers achievement tab.
