TDV, eventually I got my PC back from the workshop. However in the meantime I revised the House Rules with a lot of new additions and changes, in favour of both players. New units have been added, including the Baltic Sea and Black Sea Fleets for the Soviets and a couple of special siege artillery units for the Germans. If you want I can send you the new revised set of house rules with all changes outlined in red for you to check what has been implemented.
