In many games covering the east the Soviet Baltic Fleet is usually confined to the Leningrad area. In this treatment will the fleet be allowed to cruise the Baltic coastline to provided fire support for Russian units as they are driven towards Leningrad?

No on bombardment, however it is assumed in the game that the fleet will be able to keep suppling units along the coast in Gulf of Finland...

Historically the fleet was trapped there by extensive minefields (laid by the Germans and the Finns).

But German CA ( Hipper?) did provide extensive gunfire support during the attack on East Prussia and Russian subs were dangerous
I hope thats represented in some abstract way , then of coarse you have the opportunity for the Kurland pocket as well with naval supply

Also the fear of the German U Boats and of course the Luftwaffe. Hans Rudel's account in his memoirs of his attack and sinking of a Russian BB is quite interesting.

Don't mix up the Baltic Sea with the Gulf of Finland guys. Historicly units there held out and were supplied. So agian it is assumed in the game it can be done...
