Organization Colors

I've noticed from the screenshots of the map that you can use colors to see what organization your units are in (Advanced Tactics does this and it is very effective). Does the player have a choice of how he wants to do this? In other words, can I have different colors for each Corps, or does it only work at the Army level? Not a big deal, but I'm curious. The game looks awesome, thanks!

I will add if you click on a division the rest of the corps units are outlined in yellow and the Hq is outlined in orange...

That sounds very cool...my problem (and I admit, it's
my
problem) with East Front games at the divisional level is that there are so many units, it's overwhelming. It's nice to see some effort has been made to to help out us quasi-grognards who can't handle too many units!

The system works very well. I'm a nut for keeping my Armies/Corps together and I don't have any problems at all.

Keeping organization in order pays off in the game, supply, attacks and such...

It's a bit tougher doing so with the soviets in the first Barbarossa's turns, imo

I have to admit that the use of interior colors for organization information has always bothered me. I mean, who wants to see pink or turquoise or magenta on a war unit? Make them all red or grey or whatever and use a mouseover technique to high light all the units in an organization.
I always liked the Ardennes Offensive use of unit symbols (one of the SS divisions was a key?), but I realize that there would be thousands of symbols to research and create graphics for and maybe not enough room on the counters. My other favorite symbols are from The Longest Day board game. Lots of information just by looking at a symbol. And if I remember correctly, numbers for identification. Ahhhh, memories... [8|]

There is an option to turn the colors off.

I just hope that we'll get the option to see unit ID's on counters on the map, it just helps me with getting into the game if I can see at a glance where all my favorite divisions are.

Are there bonus' for keeping your corp or armies together and within the range of their HQ's? Sometimes called divisional or corp integrity where you get bonus on attack and defense strengths.
OOPS, sorry. I think PyleDriver may have answered this question above ... I should have read more thoroughly. But maybe this ? could be expanded upon.
