Do all Division unit promotions (e.g., Brave, Disciplined, Scout, Charger) have an influence in Instant Combat, and in particular in PBEM?

They have the same affect as that with quick combat.

Maybe I missed it, but where does it tell what the effect of unit promotions is in quick combat?

Doesn't really tell you what it does in quick (never found it at least) It'd be interested tough.

Any one knows where to find what ''advance'' (is that the name) do in quick combat?

The modders guide shows many of them in its section on specials. The full set appears in the game's data folder (under file name COG2special) although the format makes it a more difficult read than the version in the guide.

The promotions themselves list what they do right in the in-game window where you can assign them to units.

Aren't those the detailed battle qualities rather than the QC/Instant values that also apply in pbem?

Ok. Found the QC upgrade stuff. Where is there a base value for every unit from every country in QC (ie. base attack/defense for French infantry, etc.)?

Open it in Excel.

I haven't Excel and it appears in a jumbled up format within Open Office Calc.
