Garrison problem again

Same garrison issue as with the Russian garrison in Copenhagen. This time, I'm playing Prussia (because the regular player is on vacation) and I want to transfer the garrison on the depot in Area 148 (Brandenburg) to the corps. And the only message I get is something garbled. I'm not allowed to interact with the garrison at all. I'm now worried that I'll have the same problem with all the other depot garrisons as well....

This is the same issue that Odysseus had a few weeks ago Marshall.
I wonder why you are having the problem Odysseus and Rob wasnt? well he never reported any problem
So what about the cophenhagen problem then? do you stil have that?

Did you try the unit to unit transfer? That works for me.
Try that out and let me know...

Good! This kind of an odd situation since I'm handling a DEPOT garrison as another unit for transfer purposes UNLESS there is an available garrison in the same area!
