Seems that Slitherine and Matrixgames has different prices.

Slitherine: - http://www.slitherine.com/games/cnaw
Commander - Napoleon at War (details) Electronic Download EUR29.99

Matrixgames: Commander - Napoleon at War Digital Download PC Download 36,99 EUR

Is there some reason why Matrix has higher prices? This leads customers away.
I have been matrixgames customer for long and like to be in future as well, but
prices has to be fair too!

It is complex - we have to price match the local retail versions of the game, which means prices vary by territory. Matrix have a consitent price across all territories as they are a digital download service and no retail to worry about.

Personally, I'd rather pay $10 more for a game and get the stellar customer service that Matrix Games provides. I believe in being loyal to a publisher when they treat me right. I'm not saying that Slitherine doesn't have good customer service. It's just that I'm happy purchasing from Matrix, and if their prices are a bit higher, I'm ok with that. [:)]
