Yes, I've seen that and noted how it appears to use without permission code that the creator didn't have permission to use (namely some that I wrote and maintain). Anyway, I can't 100% prove it but that gives me rather a bad taste. On the plus side the utility could be useful (i.e. it has good stuff).

A usefull utility for harpoon3, also for Scen Designers. However, does it take into account the fact that in ANW (other than H3) planes on missions will choose between Cruise and Full speed depending on fuel availability? I.e. the mission may be executed with part of the route flown and Full and part at Cruise.
