And I don't want to sound like I'm complaining. I just want to see if this is something that I am doing wrong again.
I have three units that refuse to go into any container and this has been going on for about 12 turns. They'll let me "put" them into the container during the phase where I physically put them where I want. I know there is an initiative check to allow it to attach, but 12 months seems rather long. Any self respecting ruler would have had all the officers shot by now.
It's putting a severe crimp on my continental campaign against France.
