Is there any way to mod the german flags in the game to make them historical?

Simply edit data\gfx\Flags\Germany.png file if you want new flag in all scenarios, or create data\scenarios\<scenario name>\Flags\<country name>.png if you want new flag only in this particular scenario (for each country game first search for flag in scenario folder, if there is no match to country name then game search for flag in gfx folder, if there is also no match, then data\gfx\Flags\unknown.png is loaded )

Where would I find the file that has the correct historical flag? On a website somewhere?
