Ship Based FloatPlanes: How to address their recon airgroup low morale issues

Hello Folks,
When reviewing the morale of my airgroups i noticed that almost all of the shipbased floatplane squadrons have relatively low morale (in the thirties and forties). Whithout a particlar reason for that...
Question is (as they only perform airsearch, ASW or sometimes recon mission, and morale does not affect these) should I bother?
On the other hand is this something unusual? They are not really fatigued (between 0-10) and have an average commander, and nothing has happened which should bting their morale down.
Second question, how to have the morale go up again from ship based float planes? Given the fact they are quite well rested? e.g. on AV and CS ships, you might want to give the FP bombing missions, and then the morale will matter
