I have a problem with my order also, I checked with Digital River and they have not seen the order come through there system

I have bought tons of stuff with cc in the past without problems. I bet its somthing related to scandinavian letters on cc like äääääää.

EDIT: Last time I got this problem(Grown of Glory EE) I simply used paypal instead and it worked without problems.

Last one i purchased was the original in 2005 , not needed to purchase any after that [:D]

I buy cd's etc online on regular basis, never had this problem .

Ok paypal worked im d/L. [:D]

I should use paypal always anyways because its more secure but I have started to become a bit lazy nowadays.

Are you using US or EU shop ?

Digital River told me I'd get my confirmation and D/L code about 2 hours ago ...

back from soccer 3 h later and still same error - no witp ae for me tonight i think

ah OK, give him time mate....his box must be full of anything. I am sure he will help you out when he can. just stay patient.

I've been e-mailing back and forth with Sneer and the store, among many others. If you have an issue and the error says your order is being reviewed, that usually means something kicked off the automatic checks and they're doing a manual review, which generally takes 1-2 hours, at which point you should get your confirmation e-mail and download link as usual. However, if the error is saying that they couldn't process your payment, then you need to e-mail me at erikr@matrixgames.com with your Order ID so we can figure out what the store is objecting to in your order info.

I had the same issue with CC:TLD last week but assumed it was because I was using a UK debit card. I had to use Paypal back then so I just did it this time too.
