Well here I am doing nothing right as usual. Got my Promo code and ordered the game. Got down to the submit (maybe 2nd time I don't know) and I get an error message that says I have already ordered the game. I didn't get an order number or any confirmation. Submitted a customer service inquiry and have been sitting here for about an hour waiting for an email back.

Anything you can do or check for me.
