I've got this message after completing the order:

We're Sorry.
This order has been completed and no further processing can be done.
Please click on the new order button and then proceed to start a new purchase.
(Error Number: 30030030 - 0)

What shall I do?

I'm still checking with the store on this, so far I'm told it means the order is being reviewed and should be released as soon as that review is complete. This is a very user-unfriendly message though and I'm trying to get more info. Order IDs would be helpful.

The trouble is when you get one of these type of error messages it pops up right at the place where you would normaly be getting your order ID.
I got (Error Number: 30030083 - 0) but no order ID

In my case I´m sure the order is not fully completed because I paid with paypal but I wasn't redirected to the paypal page to complete the payment.

But I'm afraid of trying to order again and losing the promo code.

I don't know what was the problem but I have put a new order and it has worked OK.

I'm already downloading it.
