Text Disappearing from in-game AAR Summary

Had an interesting experience in this regard while playing the Coral Sea scenario. There was some action over PM, and I wanted to check the summary. I clicked on the vertical scroll-bar to pull the text down toward the end, and ALL of the text disappeared, including that which was visible before I scroll-barred south.
Is there a preferred method of documenting observations like this in AE? I hate to just post anecdotes like this, even supported by a screen-shot, and I realize that an after-the-fact save may not do y'all much good.

You are aware that the "Combat Events" scroll is saved to a file in the save directory?

That's a minor bug, I've seen it too. Best work-around for now is to scroll down by clicking the arrows or using your scroll wheel. If you try to drag it, it goes to blank space. Seems to affect an occasional combat report.

And remember it's -altFont, not -altfont. Makes a difference of 100% in functionality...[;)]

That is often caused by a lengthy line being shown on the screen.
Try pressing the left arrow a few times to see if it brings it back into focus.
