If
'Steve' is
Shannon V. OKeets, then who is/was
Shannon V. OKeets? [8D]
I mean, is it some famous WWII hero or general or leader that we don't know about yet?

I seem to remember that Shannon V. OKeets is an anagram of Steve real name.
