[FIX] for Ger HMG_Summer

I just noticed that my German HMG Inf model doesn't line up in a hole or vehicle properly.
The Winter one I made and released does. I made two different files and I didn't test the summer version well enough (since the winter one did work after thorough testing).
So I just redid the summer one.
Here is the summer HMG fix:
(Installation instructions: simple -- drop and overwrite the one file.)
