WW2 ToW Mod

I have been trying to mod the 39 scenario. I have successfully added several cities. Geneva, Liverpool(city and port) and Scapa Flow(port). When input into the cities.csv they appear in the Edytor Grafu Miast file as plotted.
However, I wish to link them to other cities/ports (for play against the AI) using the cities diagram csv and the polaczenia csv. but I do not understand how this is done.
When I exit the Edytor Grafu Miast the link disappears from the map. If I write it into cities diagram file it locks up the Edytor Grafu Miast with an error message 'missing links' If I put it into the polaczenia file when I exit the file it disappears.
Clearly I am missing something[&:] I have not even attempted linking the port yet. Unfortunately there is no manual for the editor. Is there a sequence involved[&:] I add the city as a last entry in the file and follow the format closely. Any help I can get would be greatly appreciated.

While I am at it, how do you Mod/change terrain features (not the graphic) on the map[&:] I want to change a plain hex to a hills hex.

There is no such possibility
I'm pretty sure I already explained how does edytor grafu miast works like, please take a look around, if you don't find it, let me know and I'll be here at the evening.

What????[&:] This is really a pity even if I appreciate a lot this game!!!
The map has been improved but the terrain is not perfect...we should be able to change it!

Why not start a new thread then on possible map changes/improvements. List hexes you feel require changed and the reasons for the change.
I'm sure that Wastelands/Doom would be willing to look at these and react if the change can be justified and it improves the game.
I must add that Wastelands have spent a lot of time already on the current TOW map upgrading it from the RTV map. However they always seem to be willing to listen so you never know. [;)]

Exactly, if you tell us what and why should be improved, we can go for it with the patches [:)]

I looked through the forum(s) and found little to alter my frustration. What I have done so far is created a new file (copied the 1939 Grand Campaign) in scenarios and renamed it. It appears just fine in the scenario selection screen of the game. I then made some changes in the commanders file (no problem there). I added Scapa Flow, Geneva and Liverpool to the cities file (no problem there). The cities all appear in the graph editor (EdytorGrafuMiast) and when I make connections to other ports or cities on the graphic it automatically updates the links file (Polaczenia). However, anything I add to the Cities Diagram file causes an error message ’missing links’ (Brakuje polaczenia) when I try to renter the graph editor. If I don’t add the city to the cities diagram file and reenter the graph file after exiting it, the update in the links file has disappeared[&:] Entries in both the cities diagram file and the links file are identical (Geneva to Lausanne) 107;111;109;110;0 / 109;110;107;111;0 format. I have yet to attempt the port to sea zone problem so get use to my asking dumb questions. Any help I can get will be appreciated[:)] Even though my grandparents were Polish I don’t speak the language, however the Google translator comes in very handy.
